Teen Summer Reading Challenge
From June 27 - August 19, join us for a summer of fun and reading for the chance to win a Nintendo Switch! Teens are invited to read books and participate in challenges to earn points and be entered into our grand prize draws at the end of summer. Points towards the grand prize draw can be earned through two sets of challenges: reading books and activity challenges. The more you read and participate, the better your chances are at winning prizes!
By participating in the challenges, you have the chance to win prizes including a Nintendo Switch! Participants must be between 12 and 17 years old and have a current TRAC Library Card. Make sure to keep an eye on the Marigold Programs website for bonus points that can be earned throughout the summer.

Marigold Teen 'Zine
Teens are invited to submit their own creative works to the 2024 Summer Teen Zine! Accepted works include but are not limited to: photography, short stories, poetry or comic strips. Participants must be between 12 and 17 years old and have a current TRAC Library Card. Submissions should not exceed three pages, though exceptions will be made for longer works.
Get started by registering for the Teen 'Zine Contest, and submit your works with your name, age, and submission (don't forget to include a title!). By registering, you will receive a digital copy of the Teen 'Zine by e-mail.
